Hello Friends,

Thanks for visiting my pre-launch site for Do The Most. Over the last three years, I’ve been working in earnest on this book — a project rooted in my own journey through leadership, public service, communications, and the long work of building agency under pressure. Now, nearly a year after launching 480 Advisors, I’m proud to share that a fully revised 54,000-word manuscript is complete and ready for its next step.

I wrote this book because I wish it had existed when I first came to Washington more than 15 years ago as a bright, green intern trying to make sense of ambition, access, and leadership. In a time marked by political disruption, economic pressure, and rapid technological change, Do The Most is designed to help emerging leaders navigate uncertainty, strengthen their executive ability, and build the confidence and readiness to take on the mantle of leadership.

I’m choosing to self-publish this book because the market has clearly begun to pull back from investing in the kinds of youth development, belonging, and professional growth resources that so many young leaders still need. I believe this story — and the practical tools inside it — deserve to reach readers directly, with integrity and urgency.
