About Antonio White

A Leader’s Trusted Confidant and Catalyst for Impact

Antonio White is founder of 480 Advisors and has served three U.S. Treasury Secretaries and one regulatory agency head as a direct adviser across two presidential administration. He was formerly a deputy assistant secretary of the U.S. Treasury and chief of communications and congressional affairs for the U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency — the independent regulator who oversees Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Federal Home Loan Bank System.

However, long before Antonio White stepped into the corridors of power, his journey began on the highways of Ohio—specifically, Interstate 480, the vital artery that connects Cleveland’s communities. Just as the I-480 serves as a passage to new destinations and a connector between neighbors and businesses, Antonio has spent his career helping leaders connect with their stakeholders. 

Antonio’s passion for leadership and business started at home. His maternal grandparents were dedicated community advocates, and his paternal grandmother ran her own small business. Those lessons shaped his career, giving him the confidence to take on high-profile roles—including two presidential appointments and senior leadership positions in government, business, and philanthropy.

But Antonio isn’t just about titles—he’s about impact.
