My New Book: Do The Most

Hello Friends,

Thanks for visiting my pre-launch site for Do the Most, releasing June 19, 2026. Over the last three years, I’ve been working in earnest on this book — a project rooted in my own journey through leadership, public service, communications, and the long work of building agency under pressure. Now nearly a year after launching 480 Advisors, I’m proud to share this milestone update.

I wrote this book because I wish it had existed when I first came to Washington more than 15 years ago as a bright, green intern trying to make sense of ambition, access, and leadership. In a time marked by political disruption, economic pressure, and rapid technological change, Do the Most is designed to help emerging leaders navigate uncertainty, strengthen their executive ability, and build the confidence and readiness to take on the mantle of leadership.
